Yohei
Yohei Yamada (ヨウヘイ 山田) is Chi's human brother. He is voiced by Etsuko Kozakura in the animated show.
Yohei is the one who found Chi when he fell over at the park. Yohei is small, cheerful, kind and obedient. He is also very fond of toy trains.
