Dr. Nefario

Dr. Nefario is the villain from the episode "Mini Mentors". He is repeatedly trying to defeat Sunny Bridges. At first, he holds Sunny's students captive and threatens to kill them unless Sunny can beat him in a game of jacks. Sunny triumphs, so Dr. Nefario tries to defeat him with a laser, only for it to reflect off of a metal roof and hit Dr. Nefario. At the end of the episode, Dr. Nefario tries once more to defeat Sunny but is hindered by Philly Phil's giant, mutated parakeet.
