Arturo Mercado (born December 7th, 1940) is a notable Mexican voice actor whos has been known for dubbing many movie and television characters since 1963. He's also known for dubbing Tom Hanks, Jackie Chan, George Clooney, and Kurt Russell. He dubbed Beast in the Spanish dub of "Beauty and the Beast", Simba in "The Lion King", Scrooge McDuck in "DuckTales", and Shaggy Rogers in "Scooby-Doo".
